With a lot of 30 s movies, fashions of 1934 is mostly fluff with a bit of high fashion knock-offs in cast but it's a great opportunity to see a young Bette Davis combined with William Powell, with Busbey Berkeley musical numbers. Dresses by Orry-Kelly are to die for, and make up of PERC Westmore. I was dying to see this film for years and finally found a copy for sale in scooter movies. It's Fab!
